helpful staff quiet room varied breakfast
The staff was so helpful. They answered every question with a smile. my room was quiet. it overlooked a garden. i slept soundly. the included breakfast had many choices. It started my day perfectly.
I wish there was an elevator. Carrying my luggage up the stairs was a bit tiring after a long journey.

helpful staff comfortable bed tea facilities
the staff were really helpful! they provided directions and recommendations for local attractions. my room had a comfortable double bed, a writing desk, and a super clean en suite bathroom. i especially appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, a real treat after a long day of sightseeing.
The lift was a bit slow sometimes. A small wait was common during peak hours.

My room included a double bed ensuite. The room had a wardrobe that was spacious enough for my belongings. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs and toast each morning.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak.

The location is quite convenient. It allowed easy access to transportation hubs. Staff members displayed a helpful attitude at all times. The room was modern and well-equipped..
The room lacked air conditioning, uncomfortable. The provided toiletries were minimal, with just a soap bar available. I also missed having a proper desk to work at.

sufficient room convenient location satisfying breakfast
i found the room clean and sufficiently sized for my needs. the location proved very convenient near king's cross station. breakfast offered a satisfying range of options including a full english breakfast and coffee.
the water pressure in the shower was a bit low making it slightly difficult to rinse thoroughly.
